Football: Real Madrid to organise youth talent camp in Kinshasa

The Spanish football club, Réal Madrid, in partnership with the Grow Africa and Denise Nyakeru Foundations, will organize, from 15 to 26 March in Kinshasa, the camp for the detection of young footballers called “Clinic DRC”.

It was the initiators of this talent detection camp who made this announcement on Wednesday 17 February in Kinshasa. According to the organizers, the age of the participants varies between 15 and 25 years.

Nearly 300 candidates, including 200 boys and 100 girls, are expected to attend the talent scouting camp. At the end of these sessions, only the top 5 players (3 boys and 2 girls) will benefit from a sports-study scholarship and will go directly to the Real Madrid training centre.

Registrations, launched on Wednesday, February 17, via the Facebook page “To Tombola Ndembo”, will close on February 29.These free registrations were supported by the Denise Nyakeru Foundation as part of its “Excellentia” programme.
