Matata Ponyo case: the court declared itself seized and postpones the case to one month

The case between former Prime Minister Augustin Matata Ponyo and the Mapon Foundation against Alain Makoso has been postponed to one month for pre-trial. This is certainly to put the case in a state to be litigated, that is to say, the parties must sufficiently exchange exhibits and means before presenting them before the judges.
